How to combine SF scenarios 5-8 with C&K (discussion)
While SF + C&K is the simplest expansion combo, the rules mentioned in the C&K rulebook and online, aren't complete enough, as the available combo rules don't take into account the special rules the latter half of C&K have. To quote the website: "exploratory scenarios and all other scenarios featuring many smaller islands are unsuitable." The C&K rulebook even calls out Four Islands and Fog Islands as ones you should not pick.

Tax Fraud in Catan
I just watched my parents commit tax fraud in real time while playing Catan. They were both trading several cards, I think a 3:4 trade. However, my mom was scared that a 7 would be rolled next and she would lose half her cards. After some negotiation, my parents did the trade, and my mom gave all her extra cards to my dad. On her next turn, my dad gave back all her cards she gifted to him, all to avoid a potential 7.
Compatibility of this 5-6 players expansions
Hello, I need some help, my girlfriend gifted me the 5-6 players expansion, I own an spanish copy of the game so they are not really compatible but I was thinking of buying an english version anyway but I need help, I dont know what versions are compatible with the back of the cards abd the borders, can anybody help me? submitted by /u/EquDarkMatter-2 [link] [comments]
Colonist Question
So I started playing the 1 v 1 Colonist version just to try it out. When I was playing a game recently my opponent started accusing me of cheating. I had no idea how someone would cheat but anyway he was going on about reporting me. No idea that was a thing either but when I looked I did see you could report someone for cheating…how does that even work in a 1 v 1 game? All I’m doing is rolling and taking what’s given to me. What am I missing here? It was odd as it was really early in the game (score was 4-3 for me) so I am still confused.
Made a travel box for the new Catan card game – all 120 sleeved cards + the rulebook fit
The retail box for the 2026 Catan travel card game felt bigger than it needed to be, so I designed and printed this one. Every card fits sleeved, plus the rulebook, and the lid closes flat. The lid art is printed in 4 colours (red, yellow, green, grey). The last photo is how it comes off the printer: one flat piece that folds into the box. Fan-made, not official.
