Reverse Seared Chicken Thighs | Traeger Grills

Best new cooking method for chicken. Reverse Seared Chicken Thighs 🔥 We put our favorite steak technique to the test on chicken thighs, and the results did not disappoint. Smoky, juicy, with crispy, golden skin. Here's how we did it: Smoke Low: Set your Traeger to 225°F and cook until the thighs reach 140°F internal. We expected 60–90 minutes, but they got there quicker than anticipated. Cook to temp, not time. Crank the Heat: Pull the thighs off and increase your Traeger to 450°F. Sear: Place the thighs skin-side down for 6–7 minutes, or until they reach 170°F internal for tender, juicy dark meat and crispy skin. Who's tried this before?👇 #TraegerGrills #Traegerhood #ReverseSear #ChickenThighs #GrillingTips

Steak. Steak Rub. Asparagus. A Traeger. 🥩🔥 That’s all you need for a killer weeknight meal. No recipe required. But we’ve got a few tips: Cook to temp, not time. Eduardo Garcia in Montana | Traeger Grills

Our mission at Traeger is simple: bring people together to build a more flavorful world. 🔥 And we are so grateful for the community that rallies behind that cause to bring it to life every time we fire up the grill. A few weeks ago, we had the chance to join @chefeduardogarcia in Montana for a weekend we won’t soon forget. We brought together an incredible crew of chefs, outdoor adventurers, and creators for horseback rides, fresh produce from Farmer Sage @yellowstone_farmstead, plenty of time outside, and our favorite, cooking together. Everyone brought a little piece of home to the table, sharing the food, flavors, and traditions that shaped them. Different backgrounds. Different stories. One table. And a whole lot of memories made along the way. A huge thank you to everyone who made the weekend what it was: @chefeduardogarcia @mckennahulslander @divaqbbq @ashleybinger @bricialopez @grillvaultbbq @tobojosh @holycityhandcraft @barefoodtim @thatsavagekitchen @thefarmstyle This is what the Traegerhood is all about. Good food, good people, and a love for fire that brings us together. 🔥 #Traeger #Traegerhood #WoodFiredFlavor #OutdoorCooking #LiveOutdoors

Traeger Smoked Queso | Traeger Grills

Sometimes all you need is a beer, a football game, and a bathtub of queso. 🏈🍺🧀 Chef Chad Ward is here to show us how it’s done. 🔥 Brown the chorizo: Cook it until browned and crumbled, then add it to a grill-safe pan. 🧀 Load it up: Add Velveeta, Pepper Jack, cream cheese, fire-roasted tomatoes & green chiles, diced green chiles, jalapeños, and your favorite Traeger Rub. 💨 Smoke: Set your Traeger to 225°F with Super Smoke and let the queso roll for 45 minutes, stirring every 15. 🍺 Optional Step - Add beer: Stir in a splash of lager and smoke for another 15–20 minutes until everything is smooth, smoky, and ridiculously cheesy. 🌶️ Finish: Top with fresh jalapeños and cilantro, grab a bag of tortilla chips, and get back to the game. Consider this your warning: get your scoops in before halftime. Jalapeno Popper Sliders | Traeger Grills

You loved our Traeger Jalapeño Popper Smash Burger, so Chef Chad Ward turned it into the ultimate game day shareable: Jalapeño Popper Sliders. 🌶️🔥 Here’s how to make ’em on your pellet grill: 🥓 Smoke the Bacon: Start your bacon on the upper rack and let it smoke while you prep the beef. 🥩 Build the Beef: Press 80/20 ground beef into an even layer roughly the size of your slider rolls. Season generously with Traeger Anything Rub and cook on your Traeger until the beef is cooked through. 🧀 Get Cheesy: Top the beef with Pepper Jack and let it get nice and melty. 🌶️ Make the Smoked Jalapeño Cream Cheese: Combine softened cream cheese, Traeger Anything Rub, some chopped bacon and smoked jalapeño. 🔥 Build the Sliders: Spread the smoked jalapeño bacon cream cheese over the bottom buns, then layer on the cheesy beef, fresh jalapenos and smoked bacon. Add the top buns, slice into sliders, and dig in. Slice. Share. Try not to crush the whole tray before kickoff. 🏈 Find the original "Jalapeño Popper Smash Burger" recipe in the link in bio, on Traeger.com or in the Traeger App. #Traeger #TraegerGameDay #GameDayFood #Sliders #PelletGrill
