Papar Puts a Twist on the All-Black Watch with Its Slimmest Watch Yet Featuring a Wandering-Hour
You probably know I’ve been a fan of Papar from the brand’s launch in 2024 with its initial model, the Anillo. Since this inaugural GMT collection, the brand has expanded with the addition of a diver called the Cenote. Now, we get a third collection that offers a wandering-hour: the Vuelte. Before even reading the

Hands-On: Hublot Classic Fusion Tributo Watches With Manufacture Movement
When I say “manufacture” I mean that of Zenith, not Hublot. Gosh, almost exactly five years after I wrote about them, I am still haunted by The Inconsistencies & Current State Of “In-House” Watch Movements. Something I am not haunted but rather smitten by are these new Hublot Classic Fusion Tributo watches that have ditched

Omega constellation opinion
Hello everyone, I’m Yami, a new Omega enthusiast for the past 2 years. I have a small but cool collection, and I recently acquired this watch: An Omega Constellation that doesn’t seem to be original. Just for context: I’ve been servicing my own watches for about a year now, and through practice
Omega Schumacher Legends: Are Non-Limited Models Rarer?
Hello everyone. I’m new to the forum, and I’d like to share a production theory I’ve been investigating concerning the Omega Speedmaster Michael Schumacher Legend collection. I own the red-dial Schumacher Legend, reference 3506.61.00, and became curious about how many were actually manufactured

40mm Longines Caliber 15 Chronograph, Stainless Steel, Reference 3205
Up for sale is a pristine ref. 3205 40mm caliber 15 Longines chronograph in stainless steel. This is one of the very finest examples I’ve ever seen. The caliber 15, based on the Valjoux 22GH, was an interesting transitional movement seen only for a few years in the mid 1930’s before the
Your Best Watch Pictures
Let’s see’em guys. As Pat Benatar said “hit me with your best shot”. (I’m such an 80’s nerd sometimes ::shy:: ) I’ll throw out a few to start. This was shot free hand - no tripod with the watch on my wrist. The light in my bay window is pretty good for catching the mother of pearl dial

Does anyone have a part number for the correct omega crown on a stainless 14671? I know it’s a scalloped crown (possibly thin scalloped) but if someone has a part number, please let me know.
Vintage 1972 Munich Olympics Giroxa
Dear forum friends, A bit of rare piece, a 1972 Giroxa, made for the Olympics in Munich, Germany. The star of the show is the dial of course, with both the Olympic rings at 12 and the Munich Olympics’ “Bright Sun” Otl Alps design. This was a watch made for the Olympics, and it came initially with different interchangeable bezels. The one on display here is a football timer bezel in black, whi

Omega 2998 Blenheim auctions - I’ve bought 2998-4
I bid on this on Sunday, whilst relatively new to vintage speedmasters I thought I’d done my homework. Description initially said 2998-2, I queried with Blenheims as I wasn’t sure dial was correct, hard to see in photos but also thought alpha hands were too short, likely seamaster. Blenheim’s didn’t reply but removed -2 from description, somewhat surprised to see it go for £12000 plus 26-29.5% premium, did I miss something?
New Speedmaster 3861 Runs -0.5s/Day: METAS Explained
Hi, I bought a new speedmaster 3861. METAS says 0 to +5daily average, but I have got -0.5 daily average. I fully wind it every day. Shouldn’t it never run slow? I mean the specs didn’t say -1 to +5.
