Help - I purchased on Posh and the post office held the package for pickup. I tried to have it redelivered but the post office said there was not a secure place to leave package and did not deliver. After calling the post office, they said the package had postage due and I would have to pay it to pick up the package. I refused the package. Advice on doing bundles/separate discounts?
I liked multiple items from a closet and the seller sent me separate 16% discounts on each item. I added two of the items I liked to a bundle but the offer was only 10% off. I then counter offered with the sum of the original offers, even left a comment letting them know they sent me those separate offers earlier, but they came back with another offer that still wasn’t the 16% off. Should I just buy them separately or not even bother with this at all??

How do I report someone harassing me and saying they're going to come after me? They bought something on Saturday, i couldn't ship it until Tuesday, which i did but I didn't see they're many messages on many of my listings until the mail was picked up, saying they caught me they're going to get me, now they are going to have my address and are completely flipping out over a 20$ pokemon card they bought on a Saturday of a holiday weekend... Switched to Seller Hub & it sabotaged my auctions
Anyone else have Seller Hub royally mess up their listings? I had set all my auctions for 10 day listings. Great. I got some bids. All looked great. On day 6, all my auctions were suddenly set to end the next day. Not only that, my NO international shipping had been switched to allow for some, but not all, countries. I was able to fix the shipping issue, but not the auction length.
I’m new to selling on eBay, and wanted to ask if there is any way for me to change the shipping price?
I tried looking it up and can’t find anything useful, the listing is for an item that weighs nearly 15 pounds, and will cost atleast $35 to ship, eBay so fixing the shipping cost at roughly $7, and I can’t find any way to change the package details or the cost, thanks.l submitted by /u/Single-Unit-3686 [link] [comments]
My boots sold but no longer had the box
So maybe I'm just overthinking this all of a sudden but I'd like to hear some opinions. Usually when I list shoes or boots and take pictures, I will include pictures of the original box. I just sold a pair of tall boots of which I didn't have the box anymore. I live in a small apartment and keeping all of the boxes just takes up more space than storing them in my shoe rack. So for this listing, there were no pictures of the box as I didn't have it.

Refunded for item not received. 2 months later, it arrived
I ordered something on eBay just about 2 months ago. The item was shipped but within a few days the item stopped moving, was said to be delayed and eventually it said the item didn’t have proper postage. I filed a claim with eBay and was refunded the money. Randomly today, the package was delivered. Do I have to let the seller/ eBay know? Should I let them know? This is the first time something like this has happened to me so I’m not sure on the protocol.

Tracking Issue - Funds Won't Release?
Wondering if anyone has had this happen before. I've had an order stuck in purgatory for about a week now and am not sure what to do. I sold an item to what looks like a fresh Mercari account. Sent it out, but the tracking on Mercari's end is incorrect. If I pull the tracking up on the USPS website it shows delivered. However, on Mercari's end it is showing additional scans after delivery. So, the order hasn't been marked complete to move it forward into rating.

SpeedX just fraudulently marked by order as delivered
My first time choosing SpeedX as the carrier. It "delivered" to my college's mail center (on a weekend, when they do not accept packages.) The pictures they uploaded to prove delivery date to months ago, according to the mail center staff- they have received these same pictures from SpeedX when no actual delivery took place. The cones outside were there in august, and the picture even says august in the upper corner. The driver has overlaid the supposed delivery date and info on all pictures.
Never paying the listed price
after about a year break i’ve started selling again, i don’t think a single sale ive made has been for the listed price. i notice that if i don’t accept offers, my listings will rot there even if they’re already really good deals on the the items im selling. i need the money right now, going through some personal stuff, but jeez no buyer on this app is capable of ever just paying the listed price anymore. 😭 and don’t even get me started on the lowball offers that aren’t even a fraction of the item’s worth.
